I went in for dehydration in which they gave me IV for 4 hours. In addition I had a MRI to make sure that my kidneys were functioning properly. I received a medical bill for $10,000.00 . My provider paid everything about $522.00 which I have to pay. I am filing a complaint against the hospital for their services and procedures being outrageous. I am also going to contact the Insurance Commissioner office

Yes, they respected my decision Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in! Did this provider have reasonable prices? Absolutely!
They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I have already sent so many people here. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. Very disappointed. We received an appointment for my sick son for 3:00, we were finally taken to our room about 4:25. I went to the restroom and it was filthy. The walls had snot and poop smears on the walls. The toilet was nasty and the floors were filthy as well. There were many holes in the walls too. It reminded me of a non maintained house, it didn't even feel like a professional doctors office bathroom. The terrible paint job on the walls has to be at least 5 years old.
