I really like Dr. O'Brien, sadly I am tired of dealing with the front office staff. They make me feel like I am bothering them. They are friendly when I am face to face with them but the phone is a different matter. Twice I have called looking for help with a problem only to be left frustrated by the lack of concern of the staff member on the other end of the phone.
