The doctor's office did not send the prescription for the final phase of the colon cleanse to the pharmacy. After numerous calls over numerous days I still have not been able to get a message to the doctor to correct this issue. Neglected. I have done my part. I have ate as instructed for the surgery. Today, only clear liquids. I'm to be at the surgery center early morning. As of now the doctor can't be bothered to correct the situation. One short text message, but can't be bothered. Negligent staff. Awful treatment.
OMG THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. My 73 year old father was given his appointment at 10am an by 3pm the Dr. Was gone without seen mh father. He was fasting for 3 day for this procedure and this Dr. Didn't care making him wait that much without food or even drink. PLEASE DONT COME to this plase, only people from minority groups are here. IF THIS IS NOT CLASSISM I don't know how to call it.
