Although Dr. Ramesh has been a psychiatrist for over forty years, but has failed to learn the art of listening. He talks at you and not to you. My major concerns are his inability to follow-up on medication side effects and his failure to talk one-to-one with his patients (Instead of teaching and guiding his residents: he leaves most of his day-to-day care with them).
