No dr will ever take his place I miss him already
I could not rely on Dr. Bal. When I was ill, he was unavailable. When I had regularly scheduled appointments, for at least three consecutive appointments each scheduled months in advance, each time he called shortly before the scheduled appointment to reschedule. Over a period more than 15 months, I was never able to see him. When I raised the issue with him, he didn't have the courtesy to respond.
