Do you ever answer the phones? I've been calling for more than an hour.
So, I showed up on time for my 2:30 appointment. I wait and wait and wait-finally at about 4:05 I get called into the room to see the physician. Now let me preface this by saying, I am a single mom of a special needs child and have very little time to myself, nevermind time to go to a very necessary doctor's appointment. But because I have been getting headaches, I cancelled several other things (like working) to see the doctor. Ok when he enters the room it is 4:27. I explained to him that
I am a chronic migraine suffer and Dr Syed took me as his patient for Botox and after 52 years of pain. I went through years fo medications and my body rejecting most of them. I was at one time in the urgent care or emergency room 3 times a week. I had several injections as to the point hat I was going to have to start taking injections in my thighs. I had to do somthing. SO for 22 years it was OTC meds. Now coming to Dr Syed I finally have relief. It has been a new world for me. Pain free !
He's very unprofessional and doesn't utilize professional business ethics . Dr. Syed would say one thing and he would do another. He refuses to see you as a patient just because you don't choose his method of treatments. Last I checked, by law, the patient gets to decide the treatment that's best for them. He's a total blithering idiot. I wouldn't let him treat my dog.
Dr. Syed is absolutely wonderful. After years of no answers from other doctors, I finally got diagnosed with Narcolepsy. He has been my biggest advocate in this new venture and I couldn't be more grateful. He has also helped me in so many other areas of my health. I will say, however, he is the only doctor in his practice. He is great, but his staff is always on constant rotation and the wait times can be infuriating. But if you want a doctor who truly cares about his patients, its worth it!!!
I would highly recommended Dr Badar h Syed I have very bad migranes, Dr Syed had given me the occipital nerve block in the lower part of my head it was wonderful I have not had a migrane since 4/17/16 so if you have these I highly recommend Dr Syed for your need's.
This is the most unprofessional medical establishment I have ever dealt with. Dr. Syed should probably find some other medical staff to assist him with the front desk. I had the pleasure of dealing with Kendra Lewis and Nicole; if Nicole was even a real person because she sounded a lot like Kendra. I called about my husband's blood pressure prescription because the pharmacy wouldn't fill it. The mg and type was wrong so the pharmacy needed to verify. The pharmacy called the doctor's office
