Do NOT go! He told me to call if I still had symptoms a few days later. After I called back they took over a day to call me back and told me to just give the meds more time and if I can't handle the pain go to the ER. Called after the testing was done begging for help and to try another medication. He refused to give me my test results and would never return my calls even when I asked if some medications could be used together.

I have used Dr. Syed for years. He listens to me, asks relavent questions concerning my health. I never feel rushed. Wait times can be on the long side, but that is because he never rushes the patients through their appointments.

He cancelled 2 appointments, over 1.5 hours late to the office for 3rd appointment. They lost my paperwork I had brought in 2 months prior. He was rude, condescending, arrogant, did not listen, and did not diagnose. I had a list to go over and didn't touch on anything, so busy trying to tell him I did not have anxiety (although I did during and right after my visit with him!). If you want a doctor who cares, who listens, who respects you, who can diagnosis something, who doesn't get mad because you are seeing him for a secon... read more

Horrible experience!!!! If waiting 90 minutes past your appointment time is a deal breaker, this is not the neurologist for you. He has absolutely no regard for your time and has an arrogant demeanor. I waited in the waiting area for 30 minutes. The MA asked a few questions, then advised the doctor would be in soon. He came in 30 minutes later, placed my records on the sink, and said he would be back in 5 minutes. Ten minutes later, he waltzes as if I've been waiting for a few minutes. I advised Dr. Syed of my displeasure in... read more

I had seen a few doctors over a year and a half before going to Dr. Syed. Dr. Syed was attentive and caring. He gave a diagnosis on the first visit and prescribed treatment which improved my symptoms within a month.

I've seen Dr. Syed once, won't see him again. I've had peripheral neuropathy for over 30 years but lost feeling in my hands in last 2 years. I asked him for genetic testing and OT. He suggested PT also. I was supposed to get a call from the genetics people and was told to call his office if there was a problem. I never got a call so called his office. They said they would find out what the problem was and call me but I never heard back. Physical therapist told me I had very tight shoulder muscles; Occupational therapist told... read more

My mother had a terrible experience with the office and staff. She contacting the insurance company prior to her visit to find out her office visit copay for this specialist office visit which is $25.00. She arrived at her scheduled time. The front desk attempted to collect $50.00. She confirmed she called the insurance, they still tried to get $50.00. She had $46.00, several customers in the waiting area offered to assist. The staff members became upset and short and humiliated my mother. Finally someone in the back of the ... read more
