Called multiple times, left emails, and voicemails. No one has gotten back to me and it’s been weeks. Decided to book with another highly rated surgeon. It’s concerning if it takes this long to get back to someone who is potentially going to be spending thousands of dollars with them, what if there’s an issue and I can’t get a hold of them. Not good business practice. Apparently this is a common complaint with this clinic.
I can confidently rate 5 plus starts with my experience with Dr.Maleki and his staff. My experience at Dr.Maleki's office has been a very positive one. I was a bit worried about the procedure I was going to have on my eye lid, but every step of the way I was made to feel very comfortable, both by the stuff and by Dr. Maleki himself. Permanent damage to my eyelid, with constant irritation and redness after surgery, which costs me thousands of dollars to manage, and still have not find a doctor to fix this botched result. Not helpful response on follow-up, denied causing the problem.
