I used Dr Maleki for a bilateral ptosis repair. I was having some peripheral vision issues at night driving and my eyes had a sleepy appearance with lots of upper eyelid showing. Dr Maleki spent a lot of time during my initial assessment explaining the areas of concern, asking questions and taking different measurements. I went to Dr Maleki after having a post op complication with another surgeon. He is a specialist, has terrific bedside manner, is very thorough, and clearly makes decisions based on what is best for the patient. He really considers your case and is honest and forthcoming before proceeding with care. I felt as though he had great integrity and that I was in the best of hands. Dr Maleki performed an upper and lower surgery on my eyelids. He was playing music and I would say dancing all the while . He had a young nurse assisting him and I was thinking this Dr knows what he’s doing. I went back for a check up after the surgery and even though my left eye was all red he never said anything was wrong with it. My regular appointment with my optometrist meanwhile came up and I went to get checked. Dr. Maleki and his team were absolutely amazing to work with. They were very honest with my procedure and only recommended what was absolutely needed. The nurses, and front staff were very kind, and helped me throughout the entire process (even held my hand during surgery because my anxiety was so high!!) I had a lower lid bleph done, fat transfer and CO2 under my eyes after the procedure. The results are AMAZING. My confidence has come back and I no longer get comments about how tired I look! My experience with Dr Maleki and staff has been nothing short of amazing. He understood and listened to my concerns, really took his time with me and made me feel confident and calm going into my Under eye bleph procedure.
