I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional behavior of this clinic’s staff. I called to confirm my dad’s appointment, and not only were they changing the timings, but they were also incredibly dismissive. When I tried to explain the situation, the staff abruptly hung up on me instead of resolving the issue…. Terrible experience with this clinic. My dad has to wait two hours every time, even when he arrives early for his appointment. The doctor takes a lot of time with each patient, but instead of expanding appointment slots, they double-book patients, causing long delays. When I called to address this, the staff was dismissive and even hung up on me. Poor management and lack of respect for patients’ time.

Dr. Sachdev is very experienced and knowledgeable doctor. His diagnosis is always right. I know we have to wait even we have an appointment there. I would say it’s worth to wait to see Dr. Sachdev instead of going to the emergency department and wait for all night.
