Unorganized staff and the doctor doesn't know what he's doing. He just tell ppl to drink milk & eat almonds. Doesn't give actual advice
I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional behavior of this clinic’s staff. I called to confirm my dad’s appointment, and not only were they changing the timings, but they were also incredibly dismissive. When I tried to explain the situation, the staff abruptly hung up on me instead of resolving the issue…. On top of that, my dad has to wait for at least two hours every single time, even though he always arrives well before his scheduled appointment time.
