My appointment was at 1:30 p.m., but I didn’t leave until 4:30 p.m.—three hours for just one crown! That’s ridiculous and frustrating. My time is valuable, and spending that long at an appointment feels like a waste of it. I wish they would improve their scheduling and time management.
I wish they had no stars this place is the absolute worst they always over booked people so basically if you have a appointment it doesn’t matter you won’t be called for at least 3 hours after your appointment.. I will now go somewhere else don’t go to this place the service sucks the worst
No longer the great place it used to be. Its become more of a factory with assistants performing dentist work resulting in poor workmanship & me having to get procedures done over & mouth just messed up. They ALWAYS overbook so if you're not the first appointment of the day plan to be here 1-2 hours before you're seen. There's so much going on at once they got confused on why I was there. Sucks because he truly used to care about patients before growing so big. I was forced to find another dentist.
Dr B is AMAZING and very personable. Seriously, if your insurance is accepted, give him a try. You won't regret it.
The worst always arrive at my appointments 30mins early and they take at least 1hour 1/2 last time it was 2 hours , definitely looking for new place
