Extremely frustrating experience with Centrist Modern Dental. The wait times here are ridiculous, even when you have a scheduled appointment. What is the point of making an appointment if patients are still expected to sit around for an excessive amount of time because the office appears to overbook its time slots? What makes it even more frustrating is that they have a $25 cancellation fee for patients. Dr. B is great. However his staff and other dentists at this practice are ridiculous (zero bedside manner and care for the patient… always in a rush, spending little to no time explaining a recommended procedure and/or follow). The one star is primarily for the EXTREMELY long wait times! Despite having an appointment, expect to wait 1-2hrs. This is a total disregard to one’s time.
Doctor B is my dentist and I am really satisfied. Make an appointment is required. Emergency walking. Sometimes, there are often a lot of people, so expect to wait. 2 Restrooms. Free coffee maker. Free parking. Next to Marshall TJ Max Ross Trader Joe's.
I’ve had extractions, fillings, and implant treatment with Dr. B, and every experience has been outstanding. He is incredibly skilled, gentle, and professional. What amazed me the most is how comfortable he makes every procedure. Even treatments I was nervous about turned out to be virtually painless. He always takes the time to explain everything and makes sure you feel at ease. I highly recommend Dr. B to anyone looking for a dentist they can truly trust.
