I visited this office approximately 3-4 times, and I have consistently experienced significant delays in my appointments. On each occasion, I have had to wait at least 45 minutes to an hour past my scheduled time. It appears that overbooking may be a contributing factor to these delays. For those who value timely appointments and a more thorough experience, I would recommend considering other dentist offices.

I’ve came to this locations for a couple of years now with no complaints. But the last few time I’ve waiting up to an hour for a cleaning appointment. This is ridiculous! Dr. B is great but if you are just in for regular cleanings I’d go elsewhere. I’m going elsewhere from now on.

The receptionists are so unhelpful and unorganized. This is actually ridiculous how incompetent your workers are or how LAZY they are to do work. I’ve had my appointments rescheduled to dates and times that are closed by WORKERS more than once. ONTOP of that I call during a time that it reports HERE that you guys are open and it says it’s closed ????? This whole dentist office is just plain unorganized, unmanaged, and incompetent.

While Dr. B is undoubtedly skilled, the overall patient experience at this practice is consistently subpar. My first day at Modern Dental . I was just so amaze, about , my first xray exam, it was pain free. I couldn"t believe it. Dr. B is a excellent dentist. He's very nice and full of patience with you and Dr. B. reassure you, you have nothing to worry about. Yes it's a very busy dental office and you may have to wait a minute in the waiting room, but trust and believe its worth the wait. Dr. B. You and your staff continue to keep on doing an excellent job!!!
