I have been a patient of Dr. Velji when he started his practice around 40 years ago. I called today to book an appointment to find out he retired. It's been a year since I seen the doctor which Dr.Velji was still there but his son started his practice at his father's office so everytime I had an appointment I was seen by his son which I was ok with that. When i called and the secretary told me he retired so I said Can I make an appointment with his son. She told me he isnt taking new patients. I have not receive a phone call... read more
Worst doctor in the world I’ve been trying to get an appointment for a year mind you I’m one of his patients and every time you m told its going to be a week or two before he can see me so I went to the hospital because I have work and need to see someone when it’s needed not when it’s too inconvenient so I call today to try again and I’m told because I went to the clinic I’m no longer a patient at this office are you kidding me that is the most messed up thing ever so basically you have to suffer until he’s ready to treat y... read more
They did no follow up, their info of mine is not up to date, they are not corresponding with my other doctors. I'm always put on hold when I call, the staff is not friendly at all
My family and I have been with Dr. Velji since 2018. Dr. Velji and his staff are always professional and compassionate. He relates well to his patients, takes time to listen, and takes appropriate action on the symptoms. He is good at building trust with his patients. The wait times are relatively standard like all other MD offices; I look at the wait time as he is not rushing you out; he allows you to communicate and understand, giving you the time to ask questions.
Thank you DR Velji and your staff for your warmest regards at this time of Brenda's passing... The entire family says thank you for all your efforts... and I must add all the efforts of DR Craig Muir... he gave me more years with Brenda than I could have asked for... thanks so much Sir...
