Unpleasant experience. The nurse waa nice, but the doctor was rude and unprofessional. Before even examining me, she falsely claimed I smelled like weed—which is ridiculous because I don’t even smoke. On top of that, I was told I couldn’t ask any extra questions during my physical unless I paid an additional fee. The whole thing felt dismissive. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.
Dr. Khoury is incredible! She really sat and talked with me about all of my worries and issues and helped me come up with a plan so that I can get my health back on track. I felt very seen, heard, and cared for in her professional care. I do recommend going to her for your primary care needs! Also— all of the staff was lovely as well— kind and polite and made me feel at ease.
My PCP opened up a private practice, so I was looking for a new one. Dr. Khoury was in my area and had availability right away, but that should’ve been a sign. I went to do my annual physical with her, but everything about the way she interacted with me was just annoying and felt combative. I don’t feel like she was even attempting to listen to me. I scheduled an annual physical with this doctor to discuss some ongoing health concerns as I assumed these issues would naturally be addressed during a routine physical. However, she chose to label the appointment as a ‘problem visit’ , allowing her to bill it differently and recommend a follow-up appointment for preventive care.
