I was having issues with my head for 10 yrs, everything from migraines to buzzing in the ears. Most of the doctors I had seen in the past, were either young, new to my case or just wanted to treat the current symptom and what’s worse, they never read my patient history. After this last bout with the migraines and buzzing, i asked for a referral and the doctor gave me rave reviews on Dr. Soyer. I didn’t hesitate calling and Joanne was kind enough to offer an appointment that same week. After meeting with Dr. Soyer, a lumbar p... read more

Took my elderly father to Soyer. Worst experience ever. Soyer ignored questions and constantly disrespected me with mean spirited responses. She was verbally abusive and has terrible bedside manner with patients. She took it upon herself to change other doctor's prescriptions ? My dad's primary doctor said Soyer's actions were very unprofessional and dangerous. I filed a report with the state medical board. They are currently investigating her conduct. Many other reviewers had similar comments

I see NP Crum. See is always nice and professional. She asks appropiate questions and really listens to my answers to provide the best treatment. I have been seeing her since July 2018 and I am really delighted with the care I recieve from her.

Dr. Soyer diagnosed me with multiple sclerosis more than 20 years ago and has been completely engaged in my treatment and care since day one. She has a no nonsense approach to patient care and is very direct about the best treatment. She has also always been available for me when I've had a sudden relapse or exacerbation. JoAnne has also been great about getting me in for regular and unscheduled appointments. If you are serious about addressing your condition and care you need to see Dr. Soyer.

Every time my husband and I have taken our son in, the staff and NP Crum have been condescending and rude. We have been there for a year and enough is enough. Crum wanted my son to retake his sleep study because she believed his sleepiness stemmed from low vitamin D levels. This although he has had the same symptoms since birth. His new doctor laughed at that explanation. Haven't seen Dr. Soyer since the initial visit. No more.

Typical visit: Dr goes over list I write down of mom's meds (since Dr has never provided a list of meds for us). Yells at me because I have missed writing 1 of 17 pills on list. Gives mom the same test she does every appt. Dr. starts to cough so I help by asking mom the questions. I get yelled at for "helping my mother". No discussion other than pills and test. Dr throws some scripts at me, finds some other care item to tell me I'm doing a horrible job at, and sets up a new appt. fun times

Staff was professional. Dr. Soyer evaluated my mother quite efficiently and recommended a course of treatment. We were very happy with the doctors knowledge and professionalism. We would definitely recommend her.

Dr. Soyer was very rude and condescending. She did not take the time to listen to my daughters medical concerns/complaints nor provide any additional advice than we had received from previous visits with the Nurse Practitioner. This doctor has no bedside manor. In addition her staff is unprofessional and rude.

I experienced a stroke and was referred to Dr. Soyer. I found her and her staff to be very professional and helpful. I have fully recovered thanks to Dr. Soyer, and I am very grateful. I also found her office personnel to be exceptionally helpful and friendly.
