Dr. Matta could work on his tardiness. Other than that he is very professional and his staff is wonderful.

They sent us bills after they said insurance covers everything. We received a bill yesterday with last years date 01/27/17. Very unorginized place with unprofessional staff.

Dr. Matta is part of the New York Eye Institute. This is a business located in Orangeburg NY that focuses on eye care and providing prescription eyeglasses to those that need. I cannot emphasize this enough....AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE! This was by far one of the worst doctors experiences of my life. The place is setup like a factory. There is no patient care, you are just a number. They misplace paperwork/prescriptions and bill you even though they told you they accept your ins. F-
