Yes wait time is long but I love her integrative approach. She doesn't throw drugs at every ailment. She works to prevent and treat through diet first. So refreshing!

Incredibly LONG wait times. We've been patients for over 3 years and we've literally never waited less than 1 hr. to be seen. This has raised my children's anxiety level extraordinarily high and has made them dread the doctor. At times, we've waited up to 2 hours to be seen even with scheduled appointment. Doctor is very scattered in thought, unfamiliar with chart, and records are often missing. Rarely treats anything. refers out for everything. Go elsewhere please for your kids sake

worst customer service ever. I was told up front there would be no charge for the nebulizer they gave me and then i get a bill in the mail for $146.... wth? I will never go back there!

In addition to waiting 2 hours, her bedside manner is less than desired. After seeing a specialist, I realized my trust for her decisions are minimal.

Highly overrated. Terrible time management. Staff is something.

Dr. O is a fabulous Dr. You will have a long wait (you typically see her 1 hour after your scheduled appointment time), but you will leave knowing what is going on with your child. The wait is long because she spends the time she needs to figure out what the problem is and to ensure the parents understand. I would trust her an hour late, any day of the week, with all 4 of my children. And, they have on-call physicians after hours.

The wait time is always terrible. The office seems over scheduled and we are almost always rushed through appointments. The best way to describe Dr. O herself is very scatter brained, and always moving at a much too fast pace. We've had her come in the room on different visits going over patient info before realizing she was in the wrong room, at one visit this actually happened twice! It's obvious she does not take the time to recognize her patients - so how can she care about them then?

Dr. O has been my children's doctor for 10 years. We absolutely love her and her staff. Dr. O has an integrative facility. She uses various techniques to help her patients. She truly cares about each and every child as if they were her own. The best Pediatrician in Northeast Florida
