The most unprofessional stuff I have ever had to deal with. I called multiple times to make and appointment with Dr. Awad Anthony but every time I was put on hold for extremely long holds. I called my insurance and changed this provider.
I've never had a doctor's office care LESS about my health and wellbeing. After showing up for my assigned appointment time of 11:30am (for which I had taken off work), I was forced to wait an hour to even see a nurse for my prescription refill. They made a MISTAKE on the writing of the prescription, causing the pharmacy to refuse to fill it, and are refusing to rewrite it or offer another solution other than coming in for YET ANOTHER VISIT. They should be SHUT DOWN.
