I was referred to DR Auto by an auto supply store in Rochester. He took the time to diagnose the car the same day I called and he was able to do the repair two days following, when the parts arrived. He actually charge me less than the original estimate as he did not have to replace one of the parts. I will definitely use again and would recommend to anyone looking for an honest repair shop.

I think this IS the place to to take your vehicle. Often we are hassled into doing things we are unsure if are needed. Dylan does WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE. He informs you of how it works and the next steps for your vehicle. His honest and friendly demeanor is charming and respectful. I'm sooooo glad that I have him to work on my vehicle. I feel much safer on the road with my family in a vehicle that I know he's checked over.
Dylan Rand was able to handle my repairs in a timely manner and at very affordable cost. There is no other auto service center in the Rochester area that can compete with the service provided by Dylan.
