I agree with the rating wrote on 3/13/08. Dr. Rodriguez is a very nice Dr. But I was told every time I had a question she couldn't answer that she would have to send us to a specialist. Very nice Dr. and Staff, just NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE.
Dr. Rodriguez is wonderful she takes time to listen to your concerns and properly evaluate your child. I have lived in Orlando for 11 years and this is the first time that I have been truly happy with my children's pediatrian. She gives you a lot more then the HMO approved 15 minutes per visit. It is obvious that she loves children and wants to provide the best care possible for them. Dr. Rodriguez is the best! She is so caring and great with babies and kids. She makes us feel so comfortable everytime we go there. She always answers all of my questions and then some. A friend recommended her to me and I recommend her to everyone else!
This is office is great about working you in anytime and they are super friendly. However the service we received from the doctor herself was less than expected. It seems like Dr. Rodriguez either does not have much knowledge or is not willing to share. She never offered any extra info on developmental milestones. Also whenever we had more than a very basic question she would not be able to answer but instead would send us to a specialist. This method is very time-consuming and unhelpful.
