Saw this dr. Today...he is now my primary dr. Since dr ghali left..he seems to be very nice and compassionate...took his time with me and seems to care about people in general....so far...i give him a 5 star...his staff was very helpful and easy to deal with...

The receptionist was extremely gracious, and, unlike some other medical offices, the phone was answered in person and promptly. The physician listened to, agreed with me about my knee after examination, and recommended me to an orthopaedic specialist. I did not have to wait long, all in all exactly what I hoped for in a doctor's visit. I noticed some very poor reviews from several years ago , which is a major reason I write this. I think the staff and doctor were quite efficient and easy to get along with.
My experience with this doctor and staff has been nothing but excellent. I have called them at the last minute to get certain things and it was never a problem. Dr Narayan always made me feel like he truly cared about me and my health. I hated the day he said he was leaving. The ladies in his office has always been nothing less than kind to me and I am grateful for and to them.
I went in and a staff member, a women screamed at me and ask me to get out.
