I went to this clinic October of 2019 on a recommendation from a co worker. The exam went well. I ordered my glasses and lenses paid for them in advance. Upon receipt of the glasses that were ordered incorrectly. The lens did not have the transition lenses I had ordered. They then re-ordered the lens they came in several weeks later and they did not fit my frames. Dr was great. Staff pleasant. But glasses took 25 days to get. I never got a call from them letting me know that the 7 - 10 days I was told would not be correct. Finally had to get my insurance co to contact them for me. Then my debit card was billed twice and was told they would check and call me back. Never got a call back. They did remove the 2nd charge. Wish the staff had it together. But was terrible customer service.
