After visiting for a surgical consult, my mom and I were blown away by the office staff and Dr. Darwish. We were met with compassion, efficiency and knowledge. With a surgery date, follow up appointment and all the information we needed, my mom left the appointment knowing she made the right choice. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!
Dr. Alden did a complete hip replacement for me and he was exceptional! He is very personable which is always a plus with doctors. I have been told by my physical therapist who referred me, John Lewenszick, that he has not seen someone heal so fast and so completely! His PA Larry was awesome as well as Judy, the person making the appointments. From start to finish the experience was really good and I would send anyone getting a hip replacement to Dr. Alden in a minute! ps. I do not do these rating ever***
Dr darwish is an excellent doctor. I had neck surgery and was very worried but he was so nice and compassionate with explaining everything and his staff is just as nice and considerate. Great staff and Dr. I would recommend them to anyone.
I have had a great experience with this medical group. Dr. Darwish is very compassionate and explains plans very well. Extremely personable, polite, and great sense of humor. He kept me updated and shared his treatment plan clearly along the way. He is very meticulous about his care, gave me several treatment options, recommendations, and was available to answer all of my questions. Would highly recommend!
Dr. Alden performed total hip replacement surgery on me on Monday May 20, 2019. I was out of bed that afternoon and evening. Tuesday morning was walking with walker down the hall to therapy room and going up and down stairs. I was released from hospital on Tuesday afternoon. Surgery went perfect, no complications recovery was quick, walking with no walker or cane within a week, very little pain even from the surgery site. Having been terrified of hip replacement I was reassured and had an amazing experience. I am now walking easily without pain. Besides the surgical results however was the kindness and attentiveness of everyone at Hinsdale Orthopaedics.
I had a right total knee replacement surgery in 11/2017. It was done as an outpatient in their Ambulatory Surgery Center. It went extremely well. I was able to go home the same day, did rehab at home and as outpatient for 4 weeks and returned to work at 4 weeks post surgery. After 6 weeks, I was able to ride my bicycle in the forest preserve trails and rode in a 5 day ride across Missouri (239 miles) 7 months after surgery. Dr. Darwish is an excellent surgeon and I would recommend him to anyone facing back surgery. After 3 years of back pain and one year of excruciating pain, I am now pain free due to the excellent care given to me by Dr. Darwish and his staff. When I went for my pre-op appointment, I was very nervous with every look he and his staff gave me. Because of my nervousness, they took the time to explain the procedure and assure me that the surgery would make me feel much better. He was right! Mike B.
Dr alden did my right knee revision approx five months ago. The recovery from surgery was amazing. I felt very good and healed fast compared to my other revision by a different doctor. He is a caring, competent, professional doctor. I would recommend him to anyone, in fact, l already have. My right knee feels great, l dont even know l have it.
