Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. Called to make an appointment and spoke with Judy. They would not allow me to make an appointment without supplying a credit card UNSECURELY OVER THE PHONE, even after I informed them I had excellent insurance, Blue Cross/Blue Shield PPO with 100% coverage. Then was put on hold for over 8 mins. and comes back to the line saying the same thing. There is ZERO reason to give A DOCTOR'S OFFICE A CREDIT CARD OVER THE PHONE TO SIMPLY MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. I had anterior hip replacement in December of 2018. I'm a runner and was concerned about whether I would be able to run again. Dr. Alden put a high impact prosthesis in and I was back to running 5 miles a day by April of 2019. He did an AMAZING job. He and his staff are incredible . . . warm, friendly, and very professional . Oh by the way . . . I'm 70 years old ! I sing his praises to all my "old friends" !
I just recently underwent a lumbar fusion surgery performed by Dr. Darwish. He is an excellent surgeon. He is very personable and explains things in a way that you can understand. He takes time with you, answering any questions you have.
I did my research prior to my back surgery - new it would be difficult. Pleasantly surprised 25 days post op / staples out / no more OT or PT. From the first visit both were amazed at how well I got around. I give most of the credit to the surgeon Dr. Darwish. There was more going on in my life than surgery but I knew I had to get back to normal ASAP. His PA and staff are wonderful! Scheduling apt is easy. Highly recommend!!!

Dr. Alden did a total knee replacement on me in February and the results have been wonderful. He is a superb surgeon and his entire team is top notch. They take care of everything from pre-op through post-op and your needs are considered throughout the process. I have been golfing four days a week since spring and owe it to the successful surgery. I have recommended Dr Alden to several of my golf buddies considering knee or hip replacement.
Dr. Darwish is an excellent physician. He is very competent and kind. During the past two years I have had spinal column surgery and severe osteoporosis. Dr. Darwish's help has been invaluable. Great doctor. Surgery went perfect. From his staff to malign apts to surgery to post sugary apt. Everything has been smooth and not stressful. Explains everything to the “T”. I am three weeks post neck surgery and feel great.
Dr. Kris Alden replaced my R knee on May 17th, 2019 and 6 weeks later I was released to go back to full-time work. My experience with Dr, Alden has been nothing short of perfect.
