Had my left knee replaced February 3 and my right knee replaced May 11. The procedures were great and the support team was outstanding. I had rehab at Hinsdale ortho which was run by ATI. Katherine, Rachael and Peg were great. The hospital team with William doing the pain medicine , Larry assisting and all the nurses were fantastic. Judy who organized everything was outstanding. Dr. Kirincic is always smiling and friendly. I have found her to be quite competent in the management of my low back pain. The wait times vary from 10-15 minutes. I recommend her highly!!
My son had herniated discs in his back and we were sent for a consultation with Dr. Darwish. He used surgery as a last resort for my son. After months of trying other options surgery was the last option. He performed it and my son is doing wonderful. He is an amazing Dr. From his bedside manner,explaining everything to you as well as any questions,to a wonderful staff. I feel very blessed that we were able to cross paths and even more blessed that he was the right doctor for my son.
Dr. Kris Alden is amazing, he has replaced both my hips, two years apart. I walked out of the surgery both times, no complications feeling great. No pain, no problems, he was readily available for all my questions. I would recommend him for anyone! He even works on patients having problems from prior surgeries involving other surgeons. I do not know of any doctors willing to touch another doctors work. Doctor Alden is #1 in the business. Doctor Alden and his staff are always friendly, kind, helpful, and, most of all, know what they are doing. I have had two total knee replacements in the past two years and both experiences provided great outcomes. No problem after surgery and now I do everything I want without pain. He knows what he is doing and will answer every question you may have and takes whatever time is needed to discuss any question or concern you may have.
I had hip replacement surgery in August of 2019. The procedure and recovery went smoothly - exactly as described in pre-surgical office visits. I am easily walking an hour a day, biking, and looking forward to more activities this summer. I have not had hip pain since the day of surgery. Dr. Alden is an excellent surgeon and his team is very caring and wonderful to work with.
He is very professional. Explained every option in terms I understood without talking down to me. I never felt pressured into surgery. i would recommend Dr. Darwish to friends and family. I would go to him again if I ever needed to.
I would highly recommend Dr Darwish. After having 3 lumbar epidural injections and 6 weeks of physical therapy I was still in pain. I couldn’t walk more than a block or stand in place for more than a few minutes without being in severe pain. I went to Dr Darwish and he recommended an L4-L5 fusion. He took his time and explained everything to me. It took me one day to realize I could get over my fear of back surgery if it meant not living with the pain. I am 6 weeks post op and have no pain. Dr. Darwish preformed back surgury and I am two weeks post op. I can not say enough good things about him and his staff. I had the best outcome possible. He was professional, informatiive and always took time to explain the procedures. His staff is EXCELLANT !
