The front office is horrendous. I'm not sure how they still work their. I don't think they have a clue what's going on. My first appt I wasn't seen for over an hour due to receptionist error in scheduling. So we hardly got to spend time with the doctor. Their hours are all over the place. I never know when they are open. Their message for times is different than listed on website. They never return phone calls.

For someone who has a history of feeling anxious about seeing a doctor, Dr. Attalla's office staff and care left me feeling calm and informed. Wonderful staff who were eager to answer all my questions and work around my schedule. The Dr. is very knowledgable of all things mental health. After telling him my past experience with doctor offices he heard me out but gave me good advice. The medications have interacted better than I expected. They've been full of resources and recommendations.

I was very unhappy with my experience with Dr Attalla and his office. Even if he is the only office that takes your insurance, pay out of pocket to keep your child safe. Medications prescribed were contraindicated and could have hurt my child. Condescending when expressing concerns, fortunately my pediatrician took concerns seriously because the spells that he call spoiled child syndrome, turned out to be true seizures and she is now getting treatment elsewhere. Go elsewhere.
