This office tries to get as much money out of you as possible, regardless of the ethics. After a 1-year well visit I started getting bills. When I called to dispute the bills because it was a well-visit, the receptionist was rude & argumentative. She finally agreed to talk to doctor. I never received another bill or call for 2 years. Recently, I started getting bills again so I called and left voicemails. They never called back. Instead, they sent my account to a collection agency.

When both of my children were having trouble gaining weight, Dr Affan told me to "butter the bread" for the 2yr old, and for the 4 mo. old advised me to nurse him 4 times a day instead of every 2 hours. "Why are you making so much work for yourself?" He declined to schedule a weight check for the 4 mo. old (who fell off the weight chart and is now failure to thrive). Multiple times they have given me a vacc record that doesn't include that day's vaccines, and then ask me to pay for correct copy.

I never met this Dr. But I have been in his bartram location. The people that work there are the most stupid one they don't know nothing ( excluding Dr.Bayra that is the kindest and the best.) The front line and the phone line is the horrible one. The lady that take the appointment over the phone is the most rud person. They don't have respect for their customers. I don't recommend this to anyone. I send my daughter there for shots and the nurse did the first one and than run outsidE

Over vaccinated our son. Almost caused a triple vaccine from not keeping accurate records. Not responding to patient concerns. Not returning phone calls. In my opinion that is extremely dangerous. Especially for children who have issues with vaccines. Be aware.
