This a review for the staff and for Dr Ashley Weissman. I am appalled that anyone could call this office professional and follow through with a patient. I never review or give anyone negative feedback but this really upset me. I saw Dr Weissman on two occasions for an annual check up and both times her front office staff were rude, and extremely incompetent. I have been going to Dr. Weissman for years. She is very kind , smart. and a great Dr. (and a panther fan so how can you go wrong) Her office staff is very professional and just as nice. They always work with you if you need to get in to see the Dr. My daughter also goes to this office and the Dr. Has never let either of us down, she is usually spot on when she thinks something needs to be investigated. I had a treatment with Dr. Weissman and it was incredible. She’s extremely knowledgeable and gentle—especially during my laser treatment. My face already looks amazing, with noticeably less redness and a refreshed, healthy glow. I can’t wait for my next session! Highly recommend Dr. Weissman to anyone considering this type of treatment.
Dr. Weissman has excellent bedside manner. She was very thorough with her exam and did not rush the appointment. She takes her time to hear and address your concerns. Her staff is also very pleasant and easy to work with when it comes to making an appointment. The office is clean and modern. Highly recommended.
