Dr.Ko has been absolutely incredible with my son. From his surgery to the follow-up appointments, she has shown exceptional care, patience, and professionalism. She takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure my son feels comfortable and supported. The receptionist at this clinic was unprofessional. I was with my family member at the clinic today, while the receptionist was in the middle of performing an eye check for my family member, one of her patient friends came to say hello. She actually stopped the ongoing procedure, went over to help her friend schedule the next appointment, and took at least 5–7 minutes.
