Some serious safety and clinical operations issues at this clinic. Fire hazard: clearly exceeded capacity limits- when I went, there were 20+ people crowded into the waiting area, spilling into the receptionist area. This clinic is terrible! We were given an 8:00 am appointment. We drove 30 minutes to get here, and we got here 10 minutes early. It is now 8:30. We are waiting in the hall OUTSIDE the locked office. No one is inside. We asked the office next door and they don’t know what is going on.

Receptionist very rude and unprofessional. I had to remove my son and look for another doctor. Never met the doctor since day 1 and receptionist insisting she did see my son during one of our visits. Receptionist needs to listen and understand their clients. I do not recommend.
Misdiagnosed my daughter, Had her on medication for something she didnt even have for 8months. This all could have been prevented had they issued a blood test first instead they just assumed what it was and pushed medication. The specsavers that referred me to them was right with their diagnoses in the beginning. Now I have to travel to vancouver for this all because this clinic dropped the ball.
