Dr. Ko is a great ophthalmologist. I can feel she truly cares about her patient's. I am greatful to be in her care.
Some serious safety and clinical operations issues at this clinic. Fire hazard: clearly exceeded capacity limits- when I went, there were 20+ people crowded into the waiting area, spilling into the receptionist area. Tardiness: Waited over an hour past appointment time to see the doctor. This clinic is terrible! We were given an 8:00 am appointment. We drove 30 minutes to get here, and we got here 10 minutes early. It is now 8:30. We are waiting in the hall OUTSIDE the locked office. No one is inside. We asked the office next door and they don’t know what is going on.

Receptionist very rude and unprofessional. I had to remove my son and look for another doctor. Never met the doctor since day 1 and receptionist insisting she did see my son during one of our visits. Receptionist needs to listen and understand their clients. I do not recommend.
