Misdiagnosed my daughter, Had her on medication for something she didnt even have for 8months. This all could have been prevented had they issued a blood test first instead they just assumed what it was and pushed medication. The specsavers that referred me to them was right with their diagnoses in the beginning. Now I have to travel to vancouver for this all because this clinic dropped the ball.

We visited the clinic yesterday for a follow-up checkup for my 8-year-old son with Dr. Ko. The vision screening went well and was conducted by a very professional and caring optician. My son had no problems during the entire 15-minute check and cooperated well with the optician. After the vision screening, we met with Dr. Ko, who performed a few additional checks on his eyes, and everything went very well. Dr.Ko has been absolutely incredible with my son. From his surgery to the follow-up appointments, she has shown exceptional care, patience, and professionalism. She takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure my son feels comfortable and supported.
