I am writing to warn patients who are required to use the MyChart App that you monitor your messages and upcoming scheduled visits on a regular basis. I would also like to advise that you request your doctor's office to contact you by phone for when you have any and all scheduled appointments. My husband who is dependent on total parenteral nutrition (TPN) 7 days per week and who requires close medical monitoring was scheduled for several on-site visits that we were not aware of and were not listed on his MyChart. Horrible, uncaring Dr who doesn’t spend time actually listening to patients. Doesn’t give the proper medicine for health conditions.
I use to see Dr. Smit for many years. Had a horrible experience with you. She never listened to what was going on me with me and rushed me during every appointment
Dr. Ronan Factora is THE WORST! He’s extremely rude, arrogant, condescending, uncaring, mechanical and bored during his patient evaluation, disrespectful and somewhat abusive to spouse/caregiver. DO NOT RECOMMEND
Utter lack of humanity. Question my sanity when I have a serious health concern. Disrespectful and no help at all. My condition has worsen since I've been home. Some type of fungal infection. Going untreated I have a 50 to 50 chance of dying.
