I have been going to Dr. McIntyre for about 16 years and he has always been an excellent doctor so has his nurse practitioner Nurse Cade but the staff has attitudes and don't want to do their jobs. If you have to get a PA you may go weeks without your medicine because they never send the proper paperwork to your insurance company to get the issues resolved. They have no regard for his patience and their health, it's just a job to them. This has to change!
Worst doctor and staff ever please be cautious
The staff is extremely unprofessional. They will not return phone calls no matter how many times you call them. I have yet to see the doctor despite being a patient for over two years. I would never recommend this place to family, friends, or strangers.

I called several times and left the requested information on their answering machine and no one ever called back. The one time I did get someone, they were rude and said that someone will have to call me back with an appointment. {Why are you in this field of work with such a rude attitude and apparently not a people person? Dr. Ashley is ok, his staff and customer service is awful. They never call you back . I have been waiting 4 MONTHS for ultrasoud results that were done in his office and I havent heard anything. This is so sad. I am transferring immediately. I have been a patient since 2013 and out of all my doctors this is the worse one!
I am changing Dr. I have been waiting 2 weeks for my blood pressure meds to be refilled! They push treatment that’s not called for. They called in a prescription the cost $245 for high collesterol and I was never told I had high cholesterol! My last blood test was 6 months ago! There’s more! But I’m changing because I didn’t choose a NP..I have only seen him for about 5 minutes! And forget talking to someone! Crazy office hours! Tile to hang up and call,again during business hours!
