Dr. Basset is great. I was being treated by another orthopedist for knee pain I had been experiencing for over a year. I went to Dr. Bassett for a 2nd opinion and she immediately diagnosed the problem. She performed arthroscopic surgery on my knee which alleviated the pain. I highly recommend Dr. Bassett.
Dr. Bassett was simply phenomenal. She was so attentive to my condition and extremely thorough with the care. She explained everything in detail and made sure I understood what was going on every step of the way. Her surgery work helped me feel as close to normal as possible, and I can’t thank her and her team enough for all the work they did for me. If there is anyone I would trust for arthroscopic surgery it’s Dr. Bassett.
Dr. Bassett and office listens very well and made appointments quickly. There is an x-ray on site, so, the appointment and diagnosis was quick. I was prescribed physical therapy for my shoulder, which worked out for me.
Dr. Bassett listened, explained, and gave me both a short- and long-term plan. Everything I could have wanted.
Great bedside manner, great treatment, great staff.
