I used Heart and Vascular Clinic services for my health checkup. Their customer service put money first and patient care in the last. I have very bad experience with front office who declined access to my health records and did not transfer to the new doctors office out of state. PLEASE FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR. I can take matter to federal government under HIPPA rules but leaving the door to fix themselves.

Dr Parikh is without a doubt the finest doctor that I have ever had. Some of the Wilmingto office staff are borderline incompetent. Testing gets lost, calls are not always returned in a reasonable amount of time, some of the staff are unprofessional. The last time I was in the Wilmington office the woman at the front desk was on a personal phone call the entire time she was supposed to be helping me. Nevertheless . . . 1.
