Dr. Helmstadter and his staff were very kind and welcoming. Dr. Helmstadter is my son and this was my first dentist appointment with him at his new office. Of course he is my son but I was so impressed with his detailed exam and the high tech equipment they use to show you in detail how your teeth look. Dr. Helmstadter made some great recommendations for some issues with my teeth that could become a problem in the near future that we will begin to work on before any problems arise. Great experience. Highly recommend Finesse.
I cannot recommend Dr. Joshua and his team enough! From the moment I called to schedule my appointment, everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. The front desk staff made me feel welcome and cared for, and the office is exceptionally clean, organized, and efficient. Dr. Joshua exceeded all of my expectations. I have been going to this office for about 17 years because I trusted Dr. Hever. I was really sad to hear that he is stepping down, but I walked in to see a huge transformation in progress and had such a great experience with the hygienist and the front office staff. Everyone seemed happy and although I miss Dr. Hever already, the new dentist has a great personality and I hopeful I will have a great experience with him too. Hopefully, next time I can give five stars when the office isn’t under construction While I’m there.
