Dr Rao performed rhinoplasty on my nose and it came out so perfectly. I cannot stop looking at my nose. It looks exactly as I have always envisioned it would be. I'm so grateful and thankful. If I had to do everything all over again, I would not think twice.
I had an upper eye lift in 2015. Considering his inexperience,I was please with his work. I think he could have taken a little more from my upper lid,but he did a good job and I had no complications.He did seem a little preoccupied at times,but all in all he did a good job. I did not go back after first visit since I did,nt think it was nessasery and I did,nt want to spend the 50 dollar copay each time. I have bags under my eyes,which I never had before.
I am so pleased with the work I've had done at Dr Rao Plastic Surgery. Every thing was explained to me in detail and any questions I had or concerns were promptly addressed. Dr. Rao was above and beyond my expectations. He changed my life and the way I feel about myself. He explained everything to me so I understood. I should have done this years ago. His staff is friendly and always easy to reach. Best Dr. I have seen. Most important he listens to you. wonderful and personable Dr!!! I have been to this doctor a few times. I previously loved the office . His nurse was wonderful and would do anything to help me . She helped me get in to see a wonderful family doctor. I noticed Dr. Rao always seemed as if he had somewhere else or something more important to do . He would leave the room to answer his phone constantly . His nurse would always make great excuses for him so I kept coming back. Dr. Rao and his incredible staff are the best in Tucson! I felt completely comfortable going through with the breast reduction procedure after consulting with Dr. Rao. He is kind and understanding, as well as knowledgeable in performing multiple types of surgeries. His staff is outstanding, and I've never felted rushed through any of my appointments. He genuinely cares for his patients and strives to offer the best service. My results are AMAZING and my neck/back pain is gone. Highly recommend!!
Dr. Rao is a consummate professional that has great bedside manner. He has made me feel at ease during a hard and unexpected bilateral mastectomy. He understands my needs and explains everything in absolute detail, so you know what you can expect. I will probably return for a tummy tuck!
I went to dr arun j. Rao because I had a fragured jaw. He made me feel very comfortable during and after my surgery . My jaw looked out of place , after my surgery and taking off the braces on my gums, it looks normal. How I hoped it would look after my surgery. My entire experience with Dr Rao and his medical team was wonderful! They made me feel at ease throughout my entire experience and were genuenly interested in my wants and concerns. Not only did I get results better than what I imagined possible, but he personally called me the day after my surgery to check on my recovery! I am 100% satisfied with all aspects of the care I was given and I would highly recommend Dr Rao to anyone.
