Dr. Hernandez is a satisfactory doctor. I would change my review very quickly if he was able to do something about the performance of his office staff. They don't necessarily need to love bomb patients, but they lack integrity. Always blaming "the system" and will quickly send you away with a hastily rescheduled appointment. Verify your patient information on your paperwork, I have spotted simple yet critical errors in mine. Be ready to be assertive with the receptionist.
My husband & I have been patients of Dr. Hernandez for 10 years. At one point, I was seeing him twice a month. In all that time he has always treated us with the utmost respect, pleasant, & given us as much time as we needed to discuss our particular problem. He is the worse provider I have ever dealt with. He is a disappointment to the medical community I will never go back to see him. He never has answers about my labs, condition etc.
Dr. Hernandez's office is extremely unprofessional. Because of their poor service, I have opted to find a different physician.
Dr. Hernandez is good but waiting time is horrible. Have to wait 2 hrs.
Dr. Hernandez and his staff are efficient and he listens to your issues and offers the right diagnosis with a professional atpomsphere. I highly recommend him to everyone. I've been with him 2yrs young.
