Wonderful very attentive
Love Dr.Hernandez he is very attentive and has good bedside manner but hate his staff. They don’t act like they care, didn’t even acknowledge me when I came in and waited at the desk
I have taken my mother who is disabled to see Dr. Hernandez for the past few years and he has always been very patient with her and addressed all of her medical concerns as best possible. I will continue to take her to see Dr. Hernandez since he is very pleasant and professional. I’m happy with the attention that he has been able to give my mother. He also speaks Spanish very well and it helps since my mom only speaks Spanish. If you are in need of a primary doctor I seriously recommend Dr. Hernandez.
I was struggling with a referral for a couple of days. Going back and forth with the specialist. Dr. Hernandez's staff stepped in and was able to get me an authorization. Issac is the guy helping out in that department. Very helpful!!
Great Doctor!! The wait is a long but Dr. Hernandez takes his time with. He explains results in a way Ill understand instead of rushing me off like most other doctors. I Don't mind the wait due to the care i get.
Every time I come into the office requesting to be seen same day they accept me. I know its a long wait but it saves me an urgent care or ER visit. Dr. Hernandez is great and the staff is always kind. Dr. Hernandez is a genuine and caring person.
saw Dr. Hernandez since Feb 4 and he prescribed Benicar twice daily, insurance doesn't want to approve it cause of the limit. I've called office since then and all that happens is my information is taken down and I'm told every time that someone will call me back, well here a week later no one has bothered to call me back. I called again today and the girl that supposedly is the answering service claims that she can't connect me to anyone. Guess I'll have to look for another Dr
I have been a patient of Dr. hernandez for the past 6 years. My family are also patients for his. The wait is like every other place. BUT the CARE and attention that he gives us is what keeps up. Friendly staff as well!!
Dr. Hernández is great doctor, highly recomended. He listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions. I did not wait more that 10 min from signing in to see him. All staff were very kind.
