I have been a patient of Dr Primeaux's for many years and love him as my Dr but his office staff is another story. They are rude and do not know how to treat the patients. Millie and Katrina and his nurse are the only ones that are good. The receptionist is the worse. She really needs a lesson on how to treat people. Was very upset when I left there yesterday.

This is for Dr, Primeaux. Dr I need a prescription refilled. I had no luck trying to call it in to Walgreens or your phone service. because it didn't have a RX number. I tried calling Walgreens but hey didn't have a record of that medicine. and I need a refill on Azelastine HCI Nasal Spray. I don't know when you prescribed it for me, The one I have expired 06 2016.
