Don't use this service! Call your insurance carrier and ask them to schedule an appointment for you, with a doctor in your sercice area, I've called this office more than a dozen times to make an appointment for A. colonoscopy screening. Do not waste your time! This place will take patients in the hospital before seeing patients in the office. Made an appointment with Jen and called at 345 pm on the same day to confirm. When I got to the office after traveling over a hour, the doctor decided not to come in. Worst experience ever! Do NOT waste your time!
Staff were all friendly the wait time was not long at all. Dr Stowe took his time to hear me out and explain issues to me. First time good experience
This is the worst doctor ever. My daughter was in the hospital for 2 days and we were told he would go check on her since he was there, and never showed up. She was given an appointment for 2 days later to go see him and they canceled it and can't see her till a month later. What kind of doctor tells a patient with an emergency see you next month. I called 3 times and was put on hold for 11 mins and for some strange reason the call dropped. A total of 33 mins on hold. On the 4th try I actually got to speak to someone to let them know that my daughter was in the ER. The lady I spoke was talking to me as if my emergency was of no importance. I will start to look for another GI. The staff from this office do not care about their patients.
