Misdiagnosed for years by Dr Pedregal. If he would have bothered to look at the MRIs he ordered he would have seen that I had MS all along. 2004 2006 2010 He first concluded Neuropathy. Then when my symptoms worsened he overlooked it once again - thinking I was making this stuff up. Trip to the ER showed my lesions have been there since first MRI in 2004. Scary ! You know your body so don’t give in to the pompousness of some doctors!

Refuses to work with patient's insurance companies on recommended treatment. Dismissive of patient concerns. Will order multiple tests with no explaination of results. Withheld results of my MRI for over a year until I requested the paperwork, which showed 2 growths. Rude and arrogant, not open to growth. Only one phone line, so you can't get ahold of staff without calling 10+ times. Usually runs late, by 2 hour so. Tiny, crowded waiting room. Staff is kind and welcoming, the only consolation.

Very bright, caring, good sense of humor, Easy to talk to, takes time with each patient, explains in easily understood layman language. Highly recommend!

Didn't receive my bill until 13 months after my visit. It came out of the blue and was very vague as to what the charges were for. No return envelope, or even a phone number to call on the bill... Once I Googled the office number and called I got either a busy signal or a very rude and unprofessional answering service. Still have not received a phone call back after from office manager after finally reaching and leaving message w/ receptionist. Office seems to be old and outdated

I have know Dr Pedregal for years, and always thought of him as a good Dr. I decided to go to another neurologist based on my last communication with his office. I take a drug that he prescribes. The drug nurse suggested I try a different form of that drug. When I called his office to discuss that drug, they had no what I was talking about. Even the office manager did not know. When they did order it, it was the wrong strength. For several reasons with the office, I am changing Drs.

I have seen Dr Pedregal for over 14 years. He is up to date regarding the many diseases that fall within his specialty. He is extremely caring and compassionate. You may have to sit in his waiting room while, but when you see him he spends as much time as you need. I would rather have a Doctor who really cares and listens to me. He talks to me in words I can understands. He been on the Good Docs list for over 15 years. This list is on a MS site.
