DR. PEDREGAL became my neurologist when I was in drug induced coma, as result of an acute respiratory distress event. Hospital time 5 months. Near death for half of that time. I recovered. When I got home I was asked to make an appointment with Dr Pedregal. HE PUT ME THROUGH SOME NEUROLOGICAL TESTS and discussed with me his findings. Dr Pedregal is an excellent Neurologist. Displays genuine concern for your welfare, always spends plenty of time with explanations, questions. Provides reasonably solid advice with prime directions in a polite manner. Fortunate to be under his care.
Very caring - listened carefully to my symptoms and made some excellent / sensible suggestions for my treatment. Staff were attentive and polite.
Doctor misdiagnosed family member. Diagnosis does not align with the 4 medical tests completed by patient. Doctor did not return family calls and concerns regarding patient. Sad situation.
He's a great, sincere doctor. Never rushed, through explanations, answers questions satisfactorily without rushing. Pays very close attention to office activity.
Appointment was at 9:30am. I arrived at 9:10. I drove one hour to get there, filled out the forms, and waited until 11:00am. After an hour and a half of waiting, they told me that the doctor couldn't see me because I didn't have a referral. I actually called them 1 month before the appointment to make sure they got the referral from my primary doctor and they confirmed that they had it. Horrible customer service!

Dr. Pedregal is most definitely a first-class physician. Very knowledgeable, genuinely caring, understanding, thorough. Always takes time to explain everything, answers questions in a patient manner; never feel rushed. Sing his praise's whenever the opportunity presents itself. I've been his patient several years. Dr. Pedregal has been my doctor for more than 25yrs. He was there for me before, during and after my three emergency brain surgeries in 2007. I am now experiencing new problems which he is taking care of just as he did before. Dr. Pedregal is not only the best in his field, he really loves and cares about his patients. I trust him with my life. They do not make doctors like this anymore. I thank God for Dr. Pedregal .
