Very personable. Answered all of my questions.
The dr was very helpful. And listened to my problems very well
Staff is kind and caring.
The only problem I had was the wait the few times I had appointments to see the doctor. The first apt I had the woman misplaced my information and I waited two hours to be seen. But dr Vasen is wonderful and I love my the physical therapists,.
His expertise and patient interaction was outstanding. He answered each and every question explained everything in depth.
seen In ER for a fall for Spiral Fractures left humerus. Splint applied by ER. Followed up with Dr Vasen in2 days. Waiting room filled and not clean. Waited 1 1/2 hours before getting into an exam room. Doctor Vasen spent about 5 minutes with me most of that time with his back to me. Beside shaking my hand, he never toughed me or viewed my injury. His treatment plan was to wait and see if area healed on its own since I was 57 not 25 and injury was my dominant arm. Got 2nd opinion & Surgery
Excellent care. No problems after surgery.
