Dr Ouzas is inconsiderate and leaves his paitents at risk. My friend ran out of Anti-anxiety medication, 30 days after appointment still no script. My Psychiatrist Dr Tim Berry is all online and does your script before you finish the appointment with him.
worst experience of my life. This guy has a massive ego and wastes your session big noting himself. Fails to review notes and I have to remind him on my medical needs every time, Runs up to 4 hours late, because he starts his day when it pleases him and refuses to do the admin of writing scripts becaue he is to busy meeting his god complex diagnosing new patients. Am reporting the guy to APHRA for negligence. I had a heart attack and stroke for his incompetence in providing agreed scripts.
I've been seeing Dr Ouzas for at least 6 years now and he is consistently attentive, understand and sympathetic. I've recommended him to a few others in need and their feedback has been exactly the same. Diane is the real star of the show though, an excellent office manager is a make or break and she is an angel.
I saw Dr Ouzas many years ago at two different locations. I saw him every 2 weeks for 5 and a half years. I found him to be a kind and caring professional. I don't understand why the other reviewer left such an unkind review. He genuinely cares about his clients.He is one of very few psychiatrists that bulk billed at the time. This is indicative of his caring attitude over the fact he could have been charging hundreds of dollars per session.
Sometimes people with all the education and university degrees lack the human touch. Our experience was very unpleasant at our time of need.
