Very knowledgeable of his field...personable and caring to your concerns and tends to relieve any discomfort or chooses the best option to relieve pain or issue

Dr. MARK is very professional, takes time to answer questions, explains procedures and expectations. He did my right TKR, which improved my walking and pain. I have developed scar tissue which is scheduled to be resolved. I am confident in his skill. Office staff has also been excellent and wait time reasonable.

I entered this office in a great deal of pain in the beginning of December due to a torn meniscus that had changed my gait and was exacerbating my back issues. I had arthroscopic surgery on the 16th. I walked out to the car after surgery, and began leg exercises the next day. I can go up and down stairs now. My back feels better and I am overjoyed. No crutches and I did my exercises 3 times daily. He is kind empathetic and very professional. He was a blessing to me. Today is December 28th. ??

Did an adequate job replacing my knee. One week post-op I needed more pain medication. My Visiting Nurse contacted the office FIVE TIMES to request refill. I followed up an additional four times before receiving much needed prescription FIVE DAYS LATER. Office was unresponsive to calls from Visiting Nurse. Dr. Mark explained that my calls came in on his “surgery day” and then through his weekend off. My fresh surgical pain did not allow me to have a weekend off. I do NOT recommend Dr Mark

I understand that we did not meet our goal of providing 100 percent patient satisfaction. I would like to thank you for taking our call, and as I mentioned during our conversation, we apologize for your experience. We have very strict protocols regarding refilling pain medications on weekends, however we are always looking for ways to improve. We will review our processes and make the necessary changes to prevent this from happening in the future. Thanks again for your feedback.

Dr Mark is very caring & knowledgable. Takes the time needed to help you reach the right decision for you. I worked with him for over 10 years before I felt that a knee replacement was necessary & now I am doing very good after 2 months. Will be ready for the other knee next year.

Dr. Mark is absolutely awesome. He is attentive, caring, thoughtful and most importantly knows his job and does it without flaw. Dr. Mark replaced both of my hips within 2 weeks of each other and I could not be happier. I have been in pain for the better part of 10 years with my hips and for the first time I am pain free and getting back to my normal activities 3 months after my surgery. Thank you so so much.
