TLC Brittany checked & cleaned my teeth and was very careful, skillful & gentle as is Dr. DiMento. They explain everything in great detail as they work along and are always asking to let them know if or when I feel sensitivity or pain. They care even after any procedure is completed. ALWAYS excellent care is provided.
I feel at home each and every time I visit your office which is not often so that is a good thing. However, you and your staff are very professional, considerate and thorough in your treatment and care of your patients. Another thing, the waiting room is very comfortable, decorated impeccably and inviting. The staff at the front desk are also professional and kind. What an office! I love you all. Traveling from Massachusetts is worth every minute on the turnpike and thruway.

I have been a patient at Syracuse Family Dentistry for several years, and now my children, ages 3 and 5, are patients there as well. They get excited when they hear it's time to go see Dr. DiMento! Entering the office is like coming home. It is a very welcoming place, and Dr. DiMento and his staff are some of the loveliest people you'll ever meet. I can't say enough about this practice. I've referred several friends there and they are "enjoying" dental cleanings for the first time in their lives.
