I ( in 63 yrs of life) have seen many of dental offices and staff. This by far was the best experience thus far. From minute I entered, I was greeted by smiles and welcomes. "Mac" ( hygienist) was SOOO friendly and thorough in explaining every little step he was taking! Dr. Meluni, too, was thoughtful, considering my wants and needs and being very thorough with exam and explanations. Hands down Syracuse Family Dentist is the best! The staff are welcoming and pleasant from the moment you walk in. Dr. DiMento puts you at ease as soon as he walks in. He's patient and kind (bonus, he's funny too), he tells you everything that's going to happen and how it might feel just to help ease any fears or stress. I am very happy I have found a Dentist office that puts patient care first!
