After 2 botched Spinal surgeries by Arnold Schwartz I am now disabled. Thanks to this doctor. Now in touch with malpractice attorneys. Stay away from this practice!!!
The wait period to see the doctor was at least 2-3 hours every visit. The doctor was caring for a time until he realized there was nothing he could do and then became defensive when told patient was going to another doctor for a second opinion. Would never recomment.
I have been going to Dr. Arnold Schwartz at Orthopedc SpineCare of Long Island for a few years now and EVERY time I had an appointment I had to wait for at least an hour to as long as 2 hours. Average was about 1 1/2 hours. They are not very apologetic for their wait times and are a little arrogant when you complain. Dr. Schwartz said to me "well what do you want me to do?" and "I have things that take higher priorities" and "hey, if you don't like it you are free to go see someone else." Amazing doctor, great staff couldnt be happier excellent surgeon.
office staff and office manager are completely rude and unprofessional. I have never waited less that two hours to see dr.schwartz he is a smart man but feels the world revolves around him. there are many other practices with the same level of care and much better staff and bedside manner.
You may wait to see him, however, his compassion, concern and commitment to all of his patients is well worth the wait. He gives his undivided attention to each patient that comes before him.
