I had a horrible experience in the ER. I received an IV for pain and a CT Scan. The doctor told me that my gallbladder was full of gallstones and follow up with ultrasound would help with diagnosis of gallbladder disease. After close to 4 hours I'm sent home on a Saturday and told to follow up with my doctor in 3 to 5 days. By Sunday pain had returned and I had to wait to see my doctor who asked why they sent me home ?? ... Need I say more. Now I am getting ready to get an ultrasound, 10 days later. 8 days of pain.
