Chalk me up as another potential patient that was chased off prior to making an appointment. I have dealt with a number of rude medical staff over the years but never encountered one quite as nasty as Donna. There was no reason for the vicious rudeness the way she treated me. I would not recommend this doctor or his staff to anyone.

Business response:

Thank you for the feedback. We strive to deliver exceptional care and we are sorry we missed the mark. Our practice manager will follow up with you directly.

Never got to make an appointment. Donna is like an enemy of patients. This office deserves every one star they received. Find a competent doctor with an office staff that actually cares. RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS PATHETIC EXCUSE.

I live about 3 hours from the St. Louis area. He is always very nice and has a good bedside manner. One time about 10 years ago He found a blood clot in my heart. Long story short he told me to do nothing until I was cardioverted, well I rode my riding lawn mower. He called me on a Saturday and gave me is cell number and told me to never do that again or he was going to send a Medical helicopter to my house. That is why I drive 3 hours to see him.

Business response:

thank you for the thoughtful review and compliments! It is our goal to provide high quality, compassionate care always. We will share your compliments with Dr. Mankowitz.

We had our first meeting with Dr Ahmed on Christmas Day when my husband was admitted on Christmas Eve with seizures. He made us feel so comfortable and explained to us so we understood everything on my husband’s condition. We were not Rushed with his visit. When we left the hospital we were given a prescription to get a EEG. I went to his office and the receptionist was fantastic in helping me. She went and got the Doctors assistant and she told me what office to go to and set up the test. After the test I went back to the o... read more

Dr Mankowitz is the kindest and most thorough Cardiologist I have ever worked with. As a diagnostician, he is superb and keeps you well-informed about his decisions. He shows great compassion and interest in your daily life as much as your physical condition. He goes above and beyond to make life easier for his patients.

Business response:

We appreciate the thoughtful review and compliments! It is our goal to provide high quality, compassionate care always. We will share your feedback with Dr. Mankowitz.

I was treated for years by Dr Rahimi. He is good at what he does and I had relief from injections for spinal stenosis. This year 2024 I had to cancel a few appointments due to my husbands illness and death so they kicked me out of the treatment. Rahimi is skillful at what he does but totally lacking bedside manner. I feel betrayed after years of treatment, no one asked why I canceled. The nurses are very kind though, especially Donna. He always harped on I needed surgery. So I saw a top neurosurgeon who spent an hour explainin... read more

Dr. Rinder is great, but my dad's blood pressure has been spiking and dropping for 3 weeks, significantly impacting his quality of life. Called the office multiple times. It's been 7 days and we still don't have a call back from his office to either see him or change medication.

Found him to be rude and unprofessional. Acted as though I was imposing on his time. NOT recommended.
