My crown came out after only a couple of months with this dentist! His demeanor is not nice and his secretary is just like him. His male assistant is cool, I like him. The male assistant should be the dentist, he’s kind, courteous and understands people. I went to a new dentist who was better and has better staff and better prices try “Advanced Dentistry By Soboh Liswi Tedini”
I went in to see what we can do for my root canal infection I had asked what would be the cost after my insurance, he came back and told me the estimate and I didn’t have my debt card at the time on hand he said “ I you can put 500 on hold with me, if you don’t want to stay with me I can give you back your money” I decided not to stay with him and he said I can’t refund you the money back. He is horrible and the secretary too. If I could I would give this place no stars.
This office is TERRIBLE! Having tooth pain since mid October of 2023 and still have yet to get any type of treatment or referral since they keep dropping the ball or wanting to change 750.00 for a procedure I dont even need, also wants to change 40 dollars for a copy of 1 xray. Will definitely be filing a report with the ADA.
The so called DOCTOR came up with an excuse of... patient doctor relationship has been compromised. When I didn't do anything wrong I feel as though I've been discriminated against . since they changed their office name for the several time and as well as the front desk secretary. The staff at this facility wasted my time by taking x-rays as if they were going to help me, now all of a sudden being that I was calling to schedule a follow-up appointment and the secretary was being very difficult with me I'm the one being compr... read more
