Dr. Sardi and the surgical oncology team at Mercy is phenomenal. From the surgical coordinator, nurses, anesthesiologist, physician assistants and more they are all top tier. I was referred to Dr. Sardi after a papillary thyroid cancer diagnosis. We were hopeful to only need to do a partial lobectomy but since the cancer had spread to lymph nodes they opted for a total thyroidectomy with lymph node removal.
