It is important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure. The chairs were very comfortable. I was at ease during my entire procedure. The office is relatively quiet. TVs are available to watch during your cleaning. It is a nice distraction for the customer. They have great customer service. Everyone I came in contact with at the office was polite and friendly. I took my daughter to see Dr. Lardieri for her first dental visit. I was absolutely impressed! The waiting room and exam room were both very clean and comforting. The reception staff was helpful with all my insurance questions. The dental hygenist was very good with my daughter and also answered all my questions. Dr. Lardieri was the nicest dentist I have ever met. My daughter was thrilled when he claimed Ariel the mermaid came to his office, very child-friendly.
